Rosemary Gimlet

Rosemary Gimlet
(Recipe by Scott Hill below)

2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Rosemary Sprig

Add Gin, lime juice, simple syrup and a 4 inch sprig of fresh rosemary to a shaker with ice.  Shake and double strain into a coupe glass.  Garnish with fresh rosemary.
